Upgrade Policy
Registered owners of
any
previous version of
MediaMover are eligible to upgrade to MediaMover 3.0.
Upgrades are delivered electronically via the Internet
using a secure website. Registered users will be emailed
a coupon number to purchase the upgrade at a discounted
price.
If you are a registered user of MediaMover version 1.x or
2.x, upgrades are available at $40 each.
If you are purchasing MediaMover for the first time the
cost is $150. You can find purchasing information
here.
How to upgrade:
1. Email company name, operating system (Windows or OS X)
and the approximate date you purchased MediaMover
to upgrades@randomvideo.com.
2. After confirming your previous purchase of MediaMover
you will be emailed a discount coupon number.
3. Download MediaMover
3.1 and
install it on the computer you intend to use it on and
select the 'Purchase MediaMover' option under the
'Help' menu. Follow the purchase instructions and
enter your coupon number into the payment page. Upon
completion of the purchase process MediaMover will be
unlocked automatically.
